We are looking for a candidate with great interpersonal skills, a solid programmer, and a good system architect. They will understand that their first priority is to solve problems. This candidate will understand how to organize their task-flow and communicate high-level progress. This will be someone who is comfortable taking ownership of an existing system of code while also solving more day-to-day problems using practical programming techniques.
